Right to Fly or Roof Extensions
The right to fly or roof extensions is a real right that allows you to build homes on top of the roof of the building. In cities we can sometimes observe that in the same street there are buildings that are lower than others. Surely, in these cases the City Council of the municipality allows us this type of construction.
The sale of this right to fly results in benefit of the whole community of neighbors, when it is a multi-family building. In the case of single-family homes between party walls, this benefit falls directly on the owner.
Steel framing: Our Work System
We use a construction system called Steel framing, which is a "light" system that allows us to build on top of a building without reinforcing foundations or structure or invading the homes of co-owners.
It consists of the use of light metal profiles combined with other components that have the same appearance as a conventional work but where energy efficiency, thermal, acoustic and environmental sustainability properties are improved.
European Grants for Energy Efficiency
There are currently European and state aid programs for existing buildings that improve energy efficiency, comfort for people and environmental sustainability.
