Kitchens are rooms that are increasingly opening up to the living-dining room to facilitate socialization and the supervision of the youngest members of the household. A kitchen must respect the 3 main areas: the cooking area, the washing area and the refrigerator area, together with the largest possible work area.
The kitchen should be able to be cleaned easily and without obstacles, trying to avoid handles or knobs. The countertop and the front of the kitchen are important elements that must meet 2 requirements: beauty and functionality so that they withstand the temperature, cleaning products and the acids and fats most commonly used in the kitchen.
The kitchen furniture must allow you to store everything you need and in the best possible order. To do this, you must make the most of the storage volume using 80 cm base units and 90 cm high units with opening systems by telescopic arms or pistons.
There is the possibility of placing drawers, inside other drawers to use them as cutlery drawers, sponge holders or other uses. It is essential to place a saucepan drawer and a small pantry area.
The furniture must also allow you to house the most common small appliances today so that there is nothing on the countertop, even using coplanar doors (coffee makers, juicers, blenders, mixers, food processors, etc…)
The sink should be single bowl, if you have a dishwasher or dish drainer in the wall unit above it. It will be double bowl or bowl with drainer when we do not have the possibility of installing a dishwasher.
